Bring the supporting details together

The insurance report draws from your saved inventory records. It can show an item photo, its name and category, serial and model numbers, purchase date, recorded value and notes. Additional collection details can appear when present. Receipt links remain available for reviewing the underlying purchase record.

  • Photos and identifiers help distinguish the item
  • Purchase dates and recorded values preserve your own records
  • Notes retain descriptions and other details you added
  • Receipt links keep purchase information close at hand

Review a single item or the collection

Generate an insurance report for an individual item or your inventory collection. Check the information before using it: a missing field is still missing, and a value you entered is not an independent appraisal. The report is most useful when the source inventory is kept accurate and up to date.

Keep receipts separate when they need to be separate

A receipt reference is a link to the receipt, not a promise that the receipt file is embedded in every report or export. Open the source documents and check which information you need to provide through your insurer’s own process. Life OS helps you organize the records; you control where you send them.

Documentation support, not automated claim filing

Life OS does not send a claim to an insurer, manage an insurer’s claim status, verify policy coverage or guarantee payment. It provides a way to organize and review inventory information for claim preparation. Coverage requirements and claim decisions remain with your insurer.
